"Yummy yummy yummy, I got love in my tummy"

Sorry I haven't posted on here in a while, started back at sixth form and everyone has already been pressured into applying for uni's! It's ridiculous! I don't feel like I'm old enough yet to decide what my future is going to be based on! Anyway, college has been cancelled for today since the power has gone and apparently it isn't safe to be inside college, either way, I'm not complaining! So I thought I would catch up on posts I said I was going to write :)

Not so long ago, the vegan baker (I have wrote about before) Chloe Coscarelli had a competition to see who would come up with the best dream flavor for an ice cream. After a weekend of her making all the different flavors, she chose two flavors that she liked the best;
Red Velvet Ice cream
And Salted Caramel Pretzel Ice cream
I think these ice creams look delicious! Once I get the ingredients for them I am going to attempt making them to see if they really are what Chloe says they are!
If you want to make these here are the links to each recipe:
And tell me what you think about them :)

Also, this week, I came across another vegan baker while reading through the instyle magazine and she definitely something! With over 70 different flavours, like Pina Colada, Strawberry & Pink champagne and Cookies 'n' Cream, there is something for everyone!

"Ms. Cupcake is a sexy 1950's housewife with a dream to bring vegan cupcakes, brownies, cookies, tray-bakes, loaf and layer cakes to the masses. She does the naughtiest vegan cakes in town."

So why give Ms Cupcake a visit and see what flavours catch your attention!
Enjoy!

Bonjour! Picturess

(For all the parts highlighted I am looking for the names of the places, we went to quite a few places so it's hard to remember! But they shall be completed soon :))
Sorry it's been a while, good old college starting to stress people out about what to pick at university to do! Oh joys!
Anyway, here's some photo's of where I went to on holiday :)
This is one of the Alleys in a village called Ceret, it's famous for Picasso coming here and getting inspiration for his work apparently.
Another photo in Ceret on market day.
Somewhere up in the foothills of the pyrannes (When you went up to the balcony, there was a mosaic map showing and telling you the names of all the mountains you could see from there) .
(Excuse my link in the corner) Same place as the photo above.
At a lake near where we were staying.
An awesome looking guitar me and Dave saw in Ceret.
At the lake near where we were staying.
Up at a little hut/house called the But 'n Ben were my grandparents stay, in the mountains.
 At Gorge
 At the top of ____castle.
Again at the top of ___castle, we started walking to get up to the castle right from the bottom in the village! Bloody knackering I tell ya!
 Part of the mosaic map.
 Views from the balcony.
Chilling at auntie and uncles house.
I love this hammock! The comfiest seat ever!
Another photo of the lake near where we were staying.
The kitchen wall in the But 'n Ben (Sort of a pointless picture but I always liked this wall, and look how cute my cousins hand print!).

So there's a few photo's of where me and Dave went to in the holidays, sorry if some seem fairly pointless but I like them :)
Hope everyone is enjoying being back at school, college, uni, work and to all those packing to go to Uni good luck and hope you all have fun!

Bonjour!

I''ve returned from France happy and tanned! I hope you have all had a nice week and this silly riot lark hasn't ruined anyone's holidays!

I had such a lovely time in France, me and my boyfriend, Dave, stayed over at my auntie and uncles in a little town called Amelie-les-Bains, which is in the foothills of the pryannes, for the week and it was ever so pleasant and the views were marvelous!
My grandparents took us out to different places like to the beach and the lake and to a little village that was famous for giving Picasso inspiration, and many other placse, but we had days to ourselves to chill and walk around the town and sit next to the river, and, I honestly couldn't have felt any happier or relaxed. We had moments were we couldn't be bothered going anywhere because a lot of the french liked to take the piss out of English people (the amount of places we asked if there was any cider and half the places taking mic that we couldn't understand them very well was unreal, we ended up just sticking to cola), but with Dave's french speaking knowledge and my general knowledge on random words, we made it through the week :) The amount of little dogs we saw as well! They were sooo cute! And we saw a baby kingfisher, two micro pigs and a tiny goat, the madness! Also, Dave decided not to wear sun cream and got sun burnt, look who's laughing now haha.

I have finally put the pictures onto the laptop (I have given up on mine since it's just had it, so i'm using the house laptop) so I will post some pictures onto a new post during this week with some of the things I bought on my holidays as well :)

Also, to anyone who's waiting to get their As/ A level results, Good Luck! I am slowly starting to get nervous now haha!

I shall post back to you all soon lovelies! And most likely make more posts about things I did in France so sorry if you get sick of them haha

Helllooo

Hello everyone, this is a post just to say I won't be posting anything from Friday till next Friday as I am going to France to see my relatives!

I have had quite a few ideas for posts this week but haven't been able to post any as my grandad has my camera (I'm taking it to France with me and have no room in my flight bag for it so he said he would put it in his :) ) and my laptop being faulty and silly (I'm on my sisters at the moment), but, I have written them down so I don't forget! And when i get back I'll be able to make these posts and hopefully more since I'll be taking quite a few pictures in France! A few of these posts include vegan/ vegetarian ice cream, strawberry play suit, Harry Potter and Katy Perry's new hair colour!

I hope everyone is having a great summer holidays and enjoying yourselves in the sun!
See you all soon my lovelies!

Breath in...breath out

As going through stress with driving theory, I have been spending a lot of time in my room watching TV, doing theory mocks and eating, and with builders coming round to sort the roof out, my room stinks of dust! There's probably places that sell these everywhere but in my town market, there's a stall that sells dessert and beverage candles. I've always loved the likes of incense and candles, but as the only times I'm in my bedroom is when I'm sleeping or getting ready, I've never really bought any for my room.
My mum a few years ago, mentioned this stall to me as she is always buying candles for all the rooms and I remember her buying a cappuccino candle for the living room and this candle lasted for ages! Every time you walked into the room you could always smell it, even when it was unlit, and i absolutely loved this candle! Every time I go past the stall now I always buy a little candle for my mum as she loves them, then the other day I went with her to the stall and she bought herself a strawberry sponge cake candle and treated me to a couple of strawberry tart candles to put in my room.
I've already lit one, but even when they're not, as soon as I walk into my room, there's always a faint smell of strawberries. It's quite pleasant if i do say so myself.
I also treated myself to two packs of incense from the Candle Factory, one called Egyptian Rose and the other called Sambac Jasmine. They were on sale from £7.95 to £2! I've only tried the Egyptian Rose and it smells absolutely gorgeous!
If any of you are fans of candles and nice smelly things, tell us your favourites and if you have any interesting candle shops around you!
I shall post up pictures once my laptop lets me!

Hello Darlings!

Sorry I haven't posted on here in a while, I haven't really had anything intersting to post. But, I shall try and post something every so often, even if it isn't the most fascinating post ever.
See you all soon my lovelies!

Hey y'all continue

Well, after my exams had finished, I decided to treat myself to something.
While looking on Miss Selfridge's website, I found a gorgeous pair of Black Weave Lace Up Wedges for £55, and as it's a treat, I bought myself a pair.

As I've decided to wear them for my friends party, I went into town to look for an outfit to go with them and came back with a Mustard Sheer Maxi Skirt and a Poppy Peter Pan Collar Bow Sleeveless Shirt, both from Topshop.
Of course they don't match, so these are the two outfits I got created with them;
With the Poppy Peter Pan Collar Bow Sleeveless Shirt

Wedges- £55
Sleeveless Shirt- £24
Owl Ring- £4.50
Cross & Skulls Ring- £2
Studded Bracelet- £1

With the Mustard Sheer Maxi Skirt

Wedges- £55
Skirt- £40 (I went halves with my mum, she wants to take it with her to Turkey)
Lace Vest- Given to me by my mum (Used to be hers from the 19th century)
Pocket Watch Necklace- Present
Chain and beaded necklace- £3 (From Charity shop)
Skull Bracelet- Present
Owl Ring- £4.50

For my friends party, I think I am going to wear the peter pan collar shirt outfit, as I'm scared of ripping the skirt and it looks a bit too formal, so within the next few days, I will try and get a photo of myself wearing that shirt outfit, but this is what the maxi shirt outfit looks like when actually worn.

Hope everyone is having a good week and see you all soon my lovelies!

Hey y'all

This is just a quick post, but I want to show you lovelies my new shoes.
I shall write another post when i get better pictures and plusss, I got two new items of clothing that (not together) go very well with these beauty's <3 So I shall take a few pictures of them and show you all them later.
I hope everyone has done well with their exams and bring on the celebrating! And if you still have yours, they will be over soon and I wish you the very best of luck <3

Why hello!

Hellooo my lovelies! Thought I would post since it's been a while and revision is slowly starting to get to me! Hope it's going alright for everyone else!
Well this week I found a gorgeous dress on asos! For only £45, it was definitely worth it and I have fallen in love with it!
A cream, sleeveless ruffled dress with an adorable collar and a double layered skirt and fitted waist! It's absolutely lush and can be worn has a day outfit or evening outfit!
I haven't had the opportunity to wear it out yet but these are a few quick ideas I came up with (If you think of anything better then feel free to comment!) ;
Day outfit
(Excuse my face in them)
Here i have gone for a "dark" sort of look. I have accessorized the dress with simple black tights, a pair of black flats (from Urban Outfitters about 2 years ago), some beaded bracelets and studded bracelets from TopMan and presents from friends, some red lipstick from Asda and a pair of two different earrings from TopMan

Evening outfit

(Excuse the pale legs)
Here i have tried to go for a summery look, and to be quite honest, it could be worn during the day! I have accessorized the dress with a pair of tan cork peep toe shoes from Next, a pair of pink rose earrings from Monsoon, black gem earrings from Claire's Accessories, a silver necklace i got as a present and a flower hair grip i got from my hairdressers.

So as anyone got anything recently and are absolutely in love with it? And give your opinions on this dress :)
Talk to you lovelies soon and good luck to you all who have exams!

Tuesday 3 May 2011

So long, farewell...

Auf wiedersehen goodbyee, for now anyway.
As for most of you, it's coming to that time of year where you are bombarded with exams!
If not, you are very lucky!
As for me, I am one of the unfortunate ones, so for now, I won't be posting a lot on here, just so then I can get these damn things out the way and celebrate!
I may occasionally post something up and that's purely to stop myself from going insane, but, yeah, if not, I wish everyone that's got exams or interviews or whatever the best of luck! And I shall (properly) post back around thee 27th of May!
Good bye for now!

(Small photo of what my next post will be about!)

Cya lovelies!
